Purchasing Pure Earth Minerals Products

    We do not sell Pure Earth Minerals products outside of Canada at this time.

    2.Will you start offering your products to countries outside of Canada?

    We’re a new company situated in Canada and will be offering our products to the US very soon.

    3.What currency does Pure Earth Minerals use when setting a price?

    We use charge in US dollars to avoid any confusions as we do intend on expanding our markets beyond Canada.


Refund Policy

    1.Do You Have a Return Policy or Exchange Policy?

    Yes, we are more than happy to exchange or, in worse cases, refund your purchase although we don’t think you will because our products are so great.

    2.May I Return My Order?

    Yes, but you can only return your order if the product is no less than 75% full and the return process must be initiated no later than 30 days from when the product arrives at your destination.

    3.How Do I Make a Return?

    Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). For your convenience, by contacting customer service with your confirmation number. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

    4.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

    Yes, you are requi#d39d35 to pay for all return costs involved in the shipping process

    5.When will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive the returned product(s), we will first check that the products meet the requi#d39d35 criteria to qualify for a refund/exchange. Once the products have been approved then we will issue a refund through the same or alternative method from which you purchased the products.

    6.Can I return a Pure Earth Mineral product without an RMA number?

    No, you must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address may be different than where we ship our products from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund.


Shipping details

    1.Is shipping free on all purchases?

    Yes, shipping is free on all purchases. Since our products are only available in Canada, shipping costs will be cove#d39d35 by us.

    2.How long will it take to receive my order?

    Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Shipping can take up to 8-10 business days depending on where in Canada the order is being shipped to.
    There is also an express shipping option via UPS that is made available during the checkout process. This express shipping option is not free and usually takes 2-4 business days depending on the destination. The price will be detailed and charged to the consumer upon checkout.

    We do not allow this because we don’t want to create any confusion or allow for any lost packages.
